Self Tape Video Instructions:
Check that the lighting is good . Begin with a close up view until the upper body, say your name,age,occupation,heigth,weight. Show your profiles(left & right). Smile on camera and move to the back to get a full body view and end with a quick turn around to yourself.
The camera(mobile, tablet or camera) must be always in horizontal view for the take and the total length of the video must not exceed 40 seconds.
Photo Instructions:
Please confirm that the highest resolution possible is set on the device.
You must take two photos, one close up to show your facial characteristics and one full body(Polaroid type).
Professional or professional will be preferred.
